Registration is free and automatically activates the startup grant for an eligible company. It does not require a sales call, negotiation, or discretionary approval.
Company and project registration
A valid submission immediately activates the startup registration for the identified company and project, subject to the accuracy of the submission and continued compliance with the applicable license.
By submitting the form, the registrant certifies eligibility and authority, accepts the ToggleLogic Intelligence License 1.0 and startup registration privacy notice, and agrees to report material company, project, affiliate/control, or threshold changes within 30 days. Operational licensing communications are separate from optional marketing consent.
