Design Partner Program · Five places in the first group

Build the record of your AI decisions with us. Use it first.

We are looking for five companies that build their own AI systems and have to answer for them: which AI handled which work, under which rule, and what it cost. Design partners get ToggleLogic Intelligence under license, a direct line to the people building it, and a say in what we build next.

Design partner pilots start at $15,000 for 90 days, credited in full toward your first-year license. License pricing on request.

What ToggleLogic does, in one example

A program reads 500 invoices overnight.

Each invoice is a separate request to an AI. Nobody is watching. ToggleLogic decides, before each request runs, which approved AI may handle it, and writes down why.

  1. Routine invoices go to a low-cost AI. The rule says that is good enough.
  2. Messy or unusual invoices go to a stronger AI. The rule says these need it.
  3. Invoices marked confidential go to the AI on the company's own server. The rule says they stay in the building.
  4. Every choice is recorded: which AI, which rule, and the cost in dollars, by department or client.

When a client asks in April whether their documents were sent to an outside AI, the company can answer from the record. That record is what ToggleLogic is for. It works beside the AI gateway a company already runs; it is not another gateway.

Who this is for

Companies running AI inside their own software.

Not staff chat subscriptions. Software, agents and automated work that call AI providers on their own. A good design partner has most of these:

  • AI runs automatically inside your own applications or agents
  • Two or more AI providers or models in real use, at volume
  • A central AI gateway today, or a plan for one
  • A named owner for AI or platform engineering
  • Clients, regulators or auditors who ask where data went
  • AI costs that must be charged to departments or clients
  • Engineers who can install and operate it
  • Willingness to run a paid pilot and tell us what fails

The exchange

What you get. What we ask.

What design partners get

ToggleLogic Intelligence under a written license for the pilot and beyond, including the maintained model registry (see what a license includes).

A direct engineering line to the people building ToggleLogic, not a ticket queue.

Early builds of the next pieces: connections to your gateway, the tamper-evident audit log, and company sign-on.

A real say in what we build first, and partner terms when the pilot converts to a license.

What we ask

A paid 90-day pilot under written terms. Pilots start at $15,000, credited in full toward your first-year license. The final price depends on scope.

Representative workloads and the acceptance criteria that matter to you, agreed before anything changes in production.

Regular, candid feedback, including what does not work.

If the pilot succeeds and you agree, permission to name you as a reference.

Your rules, data and records stay with you. Improvements to the product remain part of ToggleLogic, which is how every partner benefits from the others. An NDA is available before any detailed discussion.

Where things stand

What runs today, and what we are building with partners.

We only claim what ships. Everything below is either running in our own operations today or on the public engineering plan.

How it works

From first conversation to license.

Talk

A conversation about your AI systems, your gateway, and what you have to prove to clients, auditors or finance.

Scope

Agree the workloads, allowed AI, rules, and the evidence that would count as success.

Pilot

A paid 90-day pilot under written terms, from $15,000. ToggleLogic records what it would choose first, then takes over only what you approve.

License

If the pilot meets the agreed criteria, it converts to a license on partner terms, with the pilot fee credited in full to the first year.
