Source-available · Public development

Inspect the engine. Improve it together. Build while you are growing.

ToggleLogic Intelligence is the capability-aware policy engine behind advanced routing decisions. Developers can inspect, test, and contribute to the public engine. Eligible startups can use it in commercial production after a free, automatic company and project registration.

The public engine

A real development surface—not a documentation sample.

The repository exposes the generic classifier, policy precedence, owner overrides, model-family and reachability resolution, local evidence controls, schemas, tests, and contribution process.

Inspect

Review the implementation, public interfaces, safety behavior, privacy boundaries, and test evidence without registering.

Evaluate

Clone and test the engine outside production with neutral fixtures and deployment-supplied registry data.

Contribute

Open issues and propose changes under a maintainer-reviewed workflow. Commercial registration is not required to contribute.

A deliberate boundary

The engine is public. Maintained intelligence remains a product.

Public and contribution-friendly

  • Generic capability classifier and policy engine
  • Family, tier, reachability, and execution-surface interfaces
  • Privacy-constrained local evidence schemas and controls
  • Neutral fixtures, tests, documentation, and governance

Separately delivered

  • Production Toggle Registry and credentials
  • Maintained benchmark data, weights, rankings, and approvals
  • Private customer or deployment evidence and policies
  • Signed model packs, support, evaluations, and managed services

Public availability does not make ToggleLogic Intelligence OSI-open-source. It is source-available under its published license.

Startup commercial use

Registration replaces negotiation while you are small.

Commercial production use requires a free company and project registration. Registration is automatic for an eligible startup; it is not a sales qualification or discretionary approval process.

Remain below both thresholds

Funding: less than USD $1 million in cumulative outside funding actually received.

Revenue: less than USD $1 million in actual gross revenue during a trailing 12-month period.

Notify ToggleLogic within 30 days after reaching either threshold. A defined transition period protects operating continuity while commercial terms or migration are addressed.

Optional help

You can start independently—and talk to us when it helps.

An Intelligence evaluation, architecture discussion, support agreement, or partnership conversation is optional. None is required to inspect, contribute, evaluate outside production, or activate an eligible startup registration.
