ToggleLogic Intelligence is the proprietary capability-aware policy engine behind advanced routing decisions. Organizations may request an evaluation or licensing discussion. Approved recipients receive access privately under written terms.
What a license includes
ToggleLogic Free follows the rules you write. Intelligence makes the choice itself, job by job, using maintained knowledge of which AI is good at what and what it costs, within the limits your policy sets. A license includes:
A private, versioned release that installs beside ToggleLogic Free and chooses the AI for each job by capability, cost, provider availability and your policy. It runs on your own systems; your prompts and records do not pass through ours.
Our curated record of available models, the model families they belong to, what each is suited for, and what it costs. We keep it current, so routing follows model families as new releases arrive instead of being pinned to one model version.
Rules for which work may go to which AI: allowed model families, owner overrides, work that must stay on your own hardware, and spending limits. Every choice is recorded with the rule that allowed it. Local-only enforcement on every fallback and override path is still being built.
Each release carries a manifest that ToggleLogic Free checks before loading it: version, compatibility and a fingerprint of the engine. Updates during the license term arrive as tagged releases, run in our own operations before they reach you.
A defined evaluation before anything changes in production: Intelligence records what it would choose, you review the evidence, and you decide what it may control.

Connections to gateways other than OpenClaw, the tamper-evident audit log, company sign-on and roles, and a hosted service are on the engineering plan and are being built with design partners. We do not sell them before they ship. See where things stand.
The private product
An approved evaluation defines the workload, allowed model families, evidence boundaries, operational authority, and acceptance criteria before Intelligence can affect production routing.
Document the organization, intended use, approved resources, privacy requirements, and decision authority.
Test privately with representative workloads and deployment-supplied evidence before promotion.
Receive access and installation materials only after the evaluation and licensing path is approved.
A deliberate boundary
Intelligence is not published to ClawHub, public npm, or a public GitHub repository. Possession or evaluation does not grant production rights outside written terms.
Evaluation and access
Submitting an inquiry does not grant access, a software license, production rights, or guaranteed eligibility. Approved access is provided separately under written terms through a private distribution channel.
